Sergeant Major Robert Kabera, a former member of the Rwandan army who fled into exile in Uganda and spoke out on YouTube against the abuses of the Rwandan regime, was found beheaded on the morning of 17 October 2026. We have many reasons to believe Rwandan agents killed him.
